Welcome to the hub of my photographic world.
I have loved photography since I was a child and since retiring from other things I can now devote time to my passion.

Buying Physical Images

Modern screens have high resolutions, but the level of detail visible in a large print is much greater. The experience of viewing a physical picture is very different from looking at a screen. You pay more attention. You examine more closely, find detail you hadn’t realised was there, and happily devote time to it.

I make images available through Fine Art America/Pixels for museum-quality printing, shipping within 3 business days from production facilities worldwide and a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

For prints on art paper, canvas, metal and acrylic, ready-to-frame or ready-to-hang or just to see my images, visit my store:

For photos from events I have attended the options available from Imagekind can be more appropriate. Find my event images there:

Using Electronic images

A good size of image to use on a website is 1000 pixels (Facebook covers images should be 851 x 315). I provide an RF (Royalty Free) license for a 1000px image for purchase through Pixel Commercial Licensing which allows you to use the image on your website, social media and emails.
If you need a larger image or for other uses, such as advertising (print/digital/TV), promotions (non-selling), product packaging, digital merchandise (such as the background of a phone app) or publishing (such as a book or e-book cover) then I have RM (Rights Managed) licenses there too.
Please note that the licenses are not retroactive – if you are found to be using an image without my prior permission then the price of the license for continued/future use of that image will be doubled. (This shall be in addition to any other rights or remedies that I may have under law)

If you can’t find one of my images there, please contact me and I will upload it, if necessary, and send you a link. Email me at:  james -spam- @ jalamb.com (omitting the -spam-)
